This is an invitation I designed at my internship for the Southington Chamber of Commerce. The invitation was sent to celebrate the Chamber's 75th anniversary. The theme of the anniversary celebration was a Luau theme. I designed and drew everything for this invitation in Adobe Illustrator. I created the tiki hut with totem poles to give the invitation an immediate Luau themed feel to it, and also so that it was clear what the theme was. This invitation was one of my favorite projects given to me at my internship. Being able to have the opportunity to do whatever it is I wanted to and to let my creativity come to play was a great experience for me. I enjoyed designing each letter and each flower because I was able to make them different and unique in their own way to help bring the invitation come to life.
